Why nobody is making app for Indian police that help him to manage their records , identity , evidences and so many things. Many foreign policie / agencies have these type of apps to manage their local works and makes smooth .

I think government is slowly moving this direction. And I don't think the public will accept any private company to hold thier identity , record and evidence which is very confidential when it comes to leagal case or something.
