From Bihar, Bengal, Jharkhand, Orissa have exported lakhs of tons rice to burma countries, Appreciation for Millers that they matched the IR64 rice to competition price. Also till last year we used to import the same rice and sell it to african buyers on higher price. We used to export the same to african countries from Kandla & Mundra till last year (our rice + imported rice).
