From Bihar, Bengal, Jharkhand, Orissa have exported lakhs of tons rice to burma countries, Appreciation for Millers that they matched the IR64 rice to competition price. Also till last year we used to import the same rice and sell it to african buye
Is it profitable?
Yes crop was super good so price came down and results un front of you. But appreciation for millers its their choice that choose low margin on selling to burma but profitable. Otherwise ABCD companies will capture this and would create their monopoly. Its more than 2 Lakh crore rs market.
