So is it a good idea to make and sell restaurant management system(like the ones that they use when you order food) individually instead of subscription based like most companies in that space do

Selling softwares in non-subscription model is quite lucrative but, comes with a problem of slow cashflow. As, customer buys a software and forget about it for years. (3-4 years atleast) So what will you do during this periods??๐Ÿค” How do you maintain cashflow??๐Ÿค”
