The idea is is great with lot of challenges. Firstly, the platform you're talking about there you can only let both parties meet not to finalise deals. These are hight ticket projects and are not possible without in-person meetings. Secondly, builders have systems and networks in place as soon the demands come other builder start approaching what is they get better dea out of your platform.
