Pool of activities along with gym is better idea like you mentioned yoga classes, dance studio etc., and only for women can be your usp. Focus on women's physical and emotional health and curate services according to their needs would be better I think. Target metro cities coz they have high spending capacity. Then expand. Let me know your thoughts on this in the comment.
