After presenting the numbers from founder's mouth, investor still do due diligence to cross verify so you no need to worry about the trust, FYI paltform will play a key role for both parties because every founder doesn't have knowledge of reaching the investors specially in preseed & seed rounds and sometimes investors also miss potential businesses. I got your point. But most of the investors generally have questions to ask themselves in detail and each sector of business is very different simply posting information by founders might not be sufficient for investors. Also startup founders and investors both can make deal outside of your platform after discovering the right investment opportunities.
