• Today's Topic Is : Stages Of Funding Rounds • Before discussing the funding rounds, let's understand why funding is necessary : • Funding is necessary to start any company or to build MVP or Testing the Products. •Types of Funding Rounds: 1.Preseed : often raised by Friends and families to start the company and to test the users. 2.Seed Round : Often raised by Angel Investors,Small Stage VC's to improve the product or building Core Team. 3.Series A : Often raised by Large Venture Capital Firms for Scaling the users or expansion in different cities for Product based companies. 4. Series B : often raised by Large VC's for development stage and looking for substantial capital to rapidly scale up. For Rapid expansion , Build Proper Infrastructure etc. 5.
