• Firstly you have to check Product Market Fit. • Check the which other players are working related to niche . • Register for private limited, I think. • Firstly make some products, give them to consumers and take reviews from them and improve eventually. • Build a proper team. These are some basic things you need to do , according to me, I made these things , that's why.
