Hi.... App idea : Deliverying physical books ( nearly 50/year,that is weekly one book) to readers home. Model: subscription model What is best is possible way to delivery books with low cost?

What if you do a borrow book model? Any book that I want to read is probably lying in someone’s home in a 5 kms radius. Why not facilitate the transaction and charge a commission? Tons of options for delivery. For starters let them just porter it or exchange in person. Have said that physical book readers are a dying breed so not sure of long term business….
