For someone with no prior work experience but a unique idea for a product or service, what would you recommend as the first steps to turn their idea into reality?

Idea: Imagine an app that shows you how crowded popular places like malls, grocery stores, and theme parks are in real-time. Would you pay for an app that helps you avoid crowds, save time and energy, and make informed decisions about when to visit?

For my college major project, I need to create something using AI or an AI-based idea. I'm looking for a unique project that's simple but hasn't been done by many others. Could you suggest some ideas that would fit?
