Here we as Indians don't consider this as a problem for which we have to pay The only way to make money here is to provide the crowd data for free and make money by having advertisements and promotions of other malls or stores

why avoid crowds there must be something happening that's why there is crowd. you should tell that why there is crowd is any sale happening any influencers are there or something, humans are social being.

This would require the real time location data of individuals which can be a huge which can be a huge privacy issue. Also cost intensive tech.
