I think at first you should do market research. Is it really a problem to Indian ? Because It very tough to get money from Indian..Indian people always thinking 2 or 3 times before invest money in anything.Best of luck 🤝

This is a very complex idea to work on -> The main problem with estimation of the crowd is that your app has to be installed in many devices to get the location data in real time and then process them to display the crowd ( You can't get the location data from Google or iOS maps ) soo initially you'll have to spend crazy amount of money for people to install your app -> All the Real Estate gaints and the businesses doesn't like to have your app because this will reduce the footfall for their stores and malls hence, you can't even gather crowd data from the mall or the stores -> In the Indian Consumer market it is very hard to convince our Indians to spend a rupee for any kind of subscription or service or product that doesn't solve any serious problem. Here we as Indians don't consider this as a problem for which we have to pay The only way to make money here is to provide the crowd data for free and make money by having advertisements and promotions of other malls or stores

Google has these features. This will show you when to visit or when you get a lesser crowd, though it is not real-time.

why avoid crowds there must be something happening that's why there is crowd. you should tell that why there is crowd is any sale happening any influencers are there or something, humans are social being.

I would, for a few measured places, now what you’ve to think is how to expand the usecase.

This would require the real time location data of individuals which can be a huge which can be a huge privacy issue. Also cost intensive tech.
