Resources i can understand but experience team is not tuff task if funda are available lots if biotechnology professors, nature experts, environmentalist, institution like IIT bombay are ready to deploy their team & support. So building team is not an ussue but resources & funds are the buggest crunch because finding the roi model is tuff
