How can you find employee at the start of your startup

By having a clear, understandable, and resonating vision, if you just try to look for people to get your work done, prolly you'd not get te quality you want. Your first employees should be treated like your co-founders, who think alike you.
When you expect your
employees to act like adults, they generally do.
If you treat them like
children, then get ready for your company to turn into one big Barney
episode.

This is what I was talking about—these so-called managers put immense pressure on employees and play endless office politics. Hardworking, honest employees with straightforward thinking are often overlooked, underappreciated, and treated like slaves.
Be very careful hiring your first 5 employees. You're not hiring employees tbh, you're building a unit that will build the company.
