I really read this amazing piece about finding a good biz plan! 1. Solve hard to solve problems ( to have a moat) 2. Solving a very boring problem. ( Eg some boring tech solutions) 3. Don't go for flashy ideas they are tough ( like Food delivery

By this logic bummer, happilo or most up and coming d2c giant shouldve not entered the market, even mama earth. Ye sab bolne ki baatein hai mere dost.

Mere thoughts nhi hain as I said I read it somewhere and bummer has an USP I feel , mama Earth is struggling and you can't convince me otherwise it wouldn't last long. This piece of advice was for someone young who is just starting out and has very little to invest!

I am going to launch my selfcare brand like mama earth. Currently thinking about ideas to beat them in their sector. Suggest me strategies ( good or evil don't care. ) (Legal or illegal don't care) Lets put our minds together to beat this giant.
