What products you choose to start with is crucial and ofc you have to do experimentation+I think for this sector you must first plan all and any design and making services you could provide, how you could standardize those procedures despite customisation, what could be fixed and variable costs, you can definitely empower women by employing only women,I guess because they are easier to bargain with,good at this job and reliable I guess.
