Hey everyone, I'm starting a new startup that's like an online boutique. Customers can choose fabric from our site, and I ensure the quality and provide personalized dresses according to their size. Another feature is that we have our own designers and designs for outfits. If someone likes them, they can get them fitted according to their size. The actual problem here in India is not being able to find our perfect fit. Personally, I struggle to find full-length jeans for myself as I am 5'7". Moreover, our application connects various tailors and boutique stores on one platform, providing a convenient source of income. Additionally, we offer another feature where our designers will visit you in real life, take your measurements, and assist with fabric choices. This will be helpful for certain functions. Please give me some reviews, and if there is anyone who wants to contribute to this, I appreciate it.

I feel people would rather go to physical stores to see and feel the fabric for themselves it cannot be digitized Lenskart is a classic example, they had to put up physical stores only then people started buying from them.

What products you choose to start with is crucial and ofc you have to do experimentation+I think for this sector you must first plan all and any design and making services you could provide, how you could standardize those procedures despite customisation, what could be fixed and variable costs, you can definitely empower women by employing only women,I guess because they are easier to bargain with,good at this job and reliable I guess.

Good idea !, use a click and brick model ( a mixture of online and offline ). That way you can offer services to both the tech savvy and the others who prefer the physical touch.

This actually sounds great if the networks between these services can be integrated. There are many opportunities to organise this space, it’s literally so SO scattered! But prolly has the highest retention rate amongst its customer. Any startup that successfully does this, they can be the next zomato.
