There is one akready in Mumbai Amateurs club, I m sure it's available on other places as well. But this could work if you portray yourself as a Richie rich place. Then this type of crowd will come. Aisa waisa bana liya to pata chala dolly chai wala agya.

You should research better, there are already Huge legacy driven clubs which do it in all of the cities you mentioned. It is like kind of an aspirational thing which costs a lot. On the other hand if you do it for the masses, i don’t think there are much interested people. Novelty ke liye kar sakte hai. But burn karna padega cash from your end to keep this going. Until habit..or trend picks up.
