Licensing is hard if you want to open restaurant in any UT otherwise it's online process, there are some agents who do it affordable rates like 1500 for one year Agree about zomato and swiggy but it's monopoly market i would rather suggest never get dependent On them Focus on dine in and your own delivery system for 2 to 5 km on minimum order as that creates loyal customers Zomato & swiggy will help you in cost cutting as you'll get order in volume
