We will partner with cloud kitchen, and run on a chefless model and pre defined our recepie with a chef. And will have very little varient . Like rice (2 types), dal (4 types) , sabji (5 types ) pick any varient in 79/- .. we will use tech to classify food consume and plan and cloud kitchen accordingly. Like this model.
