For some weird reasons maids, the way we hire them, manual, construction labours..no one prolly think or cares about them, but these people are at the bottom in a city! If these people are organised, imagine the progress Indian cities will have. Thats the way to tackle places like dharavi and million others, not by bulldozing them.
