According to me this work up to some extent I don'ts think you can scale it , it has many issue , like one is , consumer behaviour, see till now after burning lots of money , zomato and swigy were not able to change consumer behaviour in food delivery, then I don't think you will succeed in making this profitable. Yes hopefully at the beginning in your local you could be in profitable but as you try to scale it you will have to face many issues and had face losses . I hope this will help you .
