It's a guide explaining the series of steps to achieve X for our customers in the form of an eBook and workbook. It may seem generic, but our approach is absolutely unique and is very helpful. As it works for most people, I don't think that personalised consultation would help much. I don't think a membership would work either cuz I'm already delivering free content everywhere and also in newsletter. What are your thoughts on building a website which will turn the entire thing into a course, making sure that the customer doesn't see the next steps until the previous steps are completed, in this way they'll need to keep renewing the course until they complete it?
