In 2017, Stayzilla suddenly shut down. Yogi said they faced too many challenges and needed to rethink things. It was a tough blow for customers and partners who relied on the service. Stayzilla's closure taught everyone in the startup world that even successful ventures can stumble if they don't navigate the challenges carefully.
