Just find out the the right audience like, Airpot, Railway Station, Tourist places, etc. YES it's capital intensive but lot's of VC's or Angel's might be interested. PS- Some companies are already working on this with good revenue, one of them appeared on shark tank also, this season ir previous.

Don't make time restriction like only 3 hrs..make three type of plans like let's say ₹800 for 1 hr ₹2000 for 3 hrs something like that.Give the customer options so that they can choose. And don't restrict yourself to only small rooms start like a normal lodge people will book rooms make them know that there is also a feature like this.In this way you will become in lodge business and as well as with the startup idea. I know it's easy to say but hard to implement...I assure you that your idea would workout this way!

Someone already tried the concept of capsule hotels in India and failed big time.

It would be better if it is 6-8 hours coz sometime people travelling from other cities might want long rest... Along with atleast common washroom for fresup

It's already happening in India. Pod hotel concept introduced 2 year backs in India.

Sleeping pods are super common and succesful in Japan.
