I have an start up idea where we can make small rooms like cabins for sleeping for an hour or 2 hour . It will be not like a lodge . If any person who is tired and want rest, they can come and take rest in our rooms there will be only 3 hours limit

I don't think so time limit is a barrier actually it's a good idea and good for the property owners as well. Just find out the the right audience like, Airpot, Railway Station, Tourist places, etc. YES it's capital intensive but lot's of VC's or Angel's might be interested. PS- Some companies are already working on this with good revenue, one of them appeared on shark tank also, this season ir previous.
