Actually, my deliveries have mostly been on time. Maybe it depends on the area? Some places might have better logistics than others.

They should really rename it to “Zepto 20 Minutes” or something. The 10-minute promise just sets them up for failure and customer dissatisfaction.

I can tell you that a lot depends on traffic, order volume, and even the time of day. 10 minutes is a tough target to hit consistently.
