Okay Let's discuss about Cost cutting today ! As a major chunk of revenue goes in marketing, so what is the way to reduce it to minimal cost with higher returns. Give your opinion along with examples if possible. I think, Content Creation and organic marketing through YouTube, insta , etc on relative field of product. Let me know your methods about it

I think if a company has to start thinking about cutting marketing costs to reduce losses, from that very point onwards, it’s a little too late 😂😂😭

I think, First your marketing team should be smart, then secondly.. Know your customers, and if they're gen z ..find platforms and influencers who genz relates wirh and ask them to market your product, if consumers are oldies then market on Facebook groups for free! Give small sample to few families (only if you're sure your product is very very good) Once they try your small samples, after few days reach out to them again and ask them to order stuff from you, if they get habitual to your product in those few weeks, then they'll surely buy and small families do mouth publicity a lot in colonies. Market yourself where your target audience is most active. Give them offers!
