As far as acquiring huge land parcel is concerned, it's definitely dominated by Institutional and capital rich developers but the dynamics for redevelopment projects are changing, as tenants are receptive towards new or tier 2/3 players with proven track record in context to delivery and quality followed by having a reliable brand name. Tech will propel sales by providing clarity, convenience and smoother buying experience.
