We had the worst experience with Builder.ai, the main guy who connected in the beginning ignored us, he was the owner of the company, and the team kept sending emails asking for full payment of their services. Though we communicated via emails and WhatsApp, the team didn't respond. We felt like it is the worst experience we ever had.
