My father is into printing business since last 15 years. There is major drop in printing businesses due to digital media. I'm thinking of exploring an idea which can turnaround that business like Vistaprint does and many others as well.

What vistaprint does well is positioning, they have postioned themselves for single prints, customised and reputed for working with small businesses. If you just change the model of your business. It might scale a lot
