I totally accept that we want free stuff from you tube but I think the idea is really good. The freshers and people who want to change their domain of working always look for ways to learn more and be good at what they do. Attracting mentors will be a challenge, need a pricing model for that. But for attracting mentee / learners basic promotion and social media would be enough I guess. People are using LinkedIn as a way to learn these days. So an app like this could be beneficial. But the success depends on the quality of good mentors and what they get out of it !?
