If u r building a fast fashion brand in this price range.. This is how it is going to be roughly to scale initially.. Cogs will be around 100-150rs Logistics-80-100 Myntra platform promotion costs according to nikhil kamath podcost to be in top recommendations per slot you have to pay some 100rs like that.. If not that platforms share will be roughly 20% ~80rs I am not exactly sure abt the numberz This is my inference from shark tank and podcasts.. Now this doesnt include team operatings costs yet.. And performance marketing cost.. Roadster and HRX optimised too many things and became exclusive for myntra So myntra promotes these brands. It is hard to play fast fashion card in this price segment initially.. unless one is ready to burn initially…
