Damn, this one's a nice idea. Kind of makes me thing of those pet cafes in Japan. Apart from games, include some food too delivered in model similar to a standard cafe, since you will catering to students who'll probably come after school. Waiters are not required but 2-3 staff with 1-2 chef should be enough.
