Btw 'kaafi different' means we give such tasks jo bohot alag hote hain. For example kisi ko instagram addiction hai toh hum usee(hundreds of other tasks me se ek task ye denge ki usee) khade rehkar insta use krna hai. Aur iske sath kai sari relevan

Exactly, wanted to hear these tasks. It’s Pointless tbh. Without validation. This is not the way how you break a conditional habit. Anyway, implementing this on a large scale without a solid research backup and millions of dollars would be a pain in the ass. Good luck.
