Btw 'kaafi different' means we give such tasks jo bohot alag hote hain. For example kisi ko instagram addiction hai toh hum usee(hundreds of other tasks me se ek task ye denge ki usee) khade rehkar insta use krna hai. Aur iske sath kai sari relevant neurobics(brain exercise)bhi karwai jati hn. Dusra example - Kisi ko subah late uthne ki aadat hai aur wo ise change krke jaldi uthna chahta hai to hum use uske according tasks, neurobics aur activities dete hn
