In my opinion idea is good but many smartwatch companies soon introduce this idea in their smart watch and you're introducing box only with one feature ? Firstly watch is very easy to use and compact for old people with so many health features. According to my opinion this feature is already present in some watches like Samsung ,apple and high range watches and some companies working on only health watch with so many detection system. your feature easily copy by any company and your Target audience is always prefer so many features not one feature

In indian market its very difficult to make app reminders for patient coz most of the patients are old age people and dont rely on technologies and if they want to get reminder of their tablets they can put an alarm in thier mobile phone Another thing is how would your app generate revenue for you Because you have to put there ads related to thier patients and also you can put ads of health related apps You cannot build a whole startup around this Instead you should make an app which have all useful features for the patients including this feature Hope i havent offended you

Very slim opportunity to grow. I personally don't think anyone would want to buy a pill reminder box to take medicines on time and Very low competition doesn't always mean very big opportunity to grow. You're always free to try. Good luck!

Good Approach but..Usually patients are advised to stay away from the phone and if you think that their loved one would like to buy and ger reminder for it for the taking care of their patient. No they would love to do with google reminder and other apps.
