Say if the app is not just a remote ass service but when I try your app, i should be ensured that yes, they are not a Sham. How? By having offline experience, counselling, etc, Basically me as an user I’ll be more assured if there is an offline thing too..to which i can fall back to. Maybe you should not go with b2c, start with corporate say you add your services with an org, you can set up and experience cum counselling in.. let me know if it makes sense.
