Look for competition from cloud providers and design & diagram tools like lucidchart. They have half the setup ready Also, I think lucidchart or some such popular tool lets you export your infra diagram IAAC code and lets u deploy it.

Yea there are some companies which does this, but my long term vision is to make this design available to whole team and scale it. Not for just designing and deploying. Example: we are gonna give some part of the design access to senior dev and if he requires UAT server he can just right click on the production server element and select "create UAT" and after approvals , the UAT server will be deployed and the details will be sent to his email. Same with devops team..so it will be access based. So basically I wanna make this process easy by making the users to manage the cloud by just the diagram ..because humans tend to learn or it is easy to work with diagrams. So the work of cloud engineer's will be less and the process of using cloud will be easier for everyone.
