You never decrease your delevery charges because SWIGGYY ZOMATO big giants with proper delivery service in pan India level is fighting between40-90rs DELEVERY charges Let's suppose very less for you 40 ₹ delivery charges if you have highly effective delivery method 5 ₹ your order processing and app runing cost on internet with play Store and government commisions if you have High connections then you ACHIVE this cost . 10rs Wil be your commisions + Salary + staff + marketing + profit and other expenses At the end other medical store charges 5% commission in worst case if he don't want profit Now let's assume medicine cost - 20 ₹ if you DELEVERY Then the cost will be 20+5+5+10+40 =} 80rs Now let's assume you will give pickup feature Then still people's never open an app then pay from your app then go to that store then pick-up they just see availability and go to the store and pay directly to owner without giving you commission . After all small store owner never give commissios because of low margins well mostly all the medicines are prescribed by the doctor and doctor and store owner are connected so they know

See i know about these challenges but some rural areas where only one or two medical stores are there and they don't have enough stocks of everything there is a chance,we will provide renting equipment like wheelchair and other surgical things on rent . I am not focusing on single thing .i am more focusing on single app multiple works...like delivery in long route app through station near by stores. And as a medical store owner i will be happy if someone is taking our stand..stand in the sense is to compete with online pharmacy we also wants to promote our business to online. Further we can put own physical counter over different different place. I don't how much i am able to explain you ..but this thing works because no platform like pharmeasy or 1mg is onboarding any retail counter to their app. I am not much into online , application and digital things but if we think and work on this...it can be a good business

Already many online apps and store's are fighting in this space with high margin and very low cost of production and selling so bro you can ask me anything but don't waste your time . If you really want to make anything unbeatable with proper research and idea then we will make proper conversation

You should charge monthly subscription from the shopkeepers rather then taking commisions and give them options to deliver by themselves and take delivery charges they want then only it might work
