They just create a fomo about ai and sell their courses at 9rs only... It's simple business for them is that per view YouTube charges 0.5 - 1rs and if anyone would buy their course whichs offcourse so cheap in price and knowledge they'll get 9rs in return... So if out of 9 views even 2 peoples would buy they gonna make profit of 18 - 5 = 13rs. That 5rs is his ad spend on getting 9 views.
