Your post it not accurate and don't generalise by saying 'Indians'. You do not have any data to support your statements. Yes, there are flaws in the mindset regarding startups cause Most of the founders just fill their bank balances, burn the cash and run away to other countries with VCs money. Regarding the value creation, they're just complicating the simple stuff and devaluing things in thr name of technology.
