Because it's not a priority. They don't care about services once they know they can generate numbers. Now it's all about profit margins. Your satisfaction unfortunately does not matter because it does not generate money and since you have no other choice and there are plenty of people to milk. Let me ask you this. How many times have you Uninstaller their app out of frustration and cursed them on social media only to install it back because of situations.
