Idea does not equal revenue. Basically they are unable to scale their idea to the common people. Like Elon says - Prototypes are exciting, scale is difficult

Issue to pata nahi, but i have one suggestion for them. They should also add an option to hire a driver. I know zoomcar is especially for self driving, though, cars at available at as low as 80 per hour (in mumbai). So if they also start providing an option for driver, they can Start rental service like ola and uber has (at much cheaper rates). Correct me of I'm wrong

The idea was great, for both customer as well as car owner. Owner got extra income, customer got cars at affordable rate easily (the prices are very affordable) and the business model seems perfect. It's a Win Win Win situation. Revenue falling is a different thing.
