I wanna ask that if I have an idea to build any internet startup I want to execute it then firstly I should make mvp with my own money then find vc or directly start finding the vc for investment in my company.

My startup is in pre Revenue non registered and in prototype phase I got a chance from invester to ask for funding what funding should we ask from investors and how much equity I should give

Guys If anything I wanna start from with a low amount then what should I go for?

I recently registered my company and for some personal reasons I won't be able to register for trade mark. Should I launch the product and then do the registration or should I wait for the registration first??
