If you are in tech. If you don't have any bias or love on your company. The best thing is to keep on changing the company. If you need an upraisal that much trust me you need to evolve. You need to change jobs. Wokr on diff skills. Then after a certain years you may get close your dream job or if not you will be better satisfied of you achievement of working in many jobs.
