Hey I am on Medial • 1y

I have been focusing on my habits since couple of months. Here's something like would like to recommend: 1.Reading non-fiction. 2.Wake up early. 3.Try to avoid social media entirely during working or studing hours. 4.Atleast write a page about anything,be it a journal or blog. I have experienced calmness even after being short tempered. Hope it will help you too....
