Hmm yea that's true but the major people like executive and founders are chosen in earlier stage not in scaling stage but employees who are handling majority part in scaling activities should be wisely selected

If I divide a business into three stages:
Stage 1 - 0-2 years of introducing and convincing people about their products while trying to establish a presence in the market.
Stage 2 - 3-5 years of scaling and growing in the market.
Stage 3 - Maintai
