What are your views on companies hiring freshers from tier 2-3 colleges for 2.4-4 LPA? Is it the curse of education that a Zomato delivery partner would earn more and they can not act on it? What needs to change here?

This Companies designed there process in such a way that they can easily replace you with someone other. Blaming education system has no point you should only focus on upgrading your skill set instead on crying on low package initially.
