I would say. You dont have to worry. The only thing has changed is market sentiments. Which has also changed the way recruiters and companies perspective on hiring. Now hiring is more niche. I also got out of my job because of the toxic environment Created by micro managers. The world does not end here. I think this is the time to be more powerful and critical thinkers than fearful about what is going to happen. Think about yourself. Think about your skills. Where you can actually strive in a team.
